On the beach in Kona

I have a passion for learning. I don’t see problems, I see solutions which have not yet been found! This is a blessing and a curse (my mind never rests) but it has enabled me to become the passionate technologist working as a Solutions / Technical Architect that I am. I also have a guilty habit: I do Ironman triathlons (12 completed so far and counting).

This is a blessing and a curse (my mind never rests) but it has enabled me to become the passionate technologist working as a Solutions / Technical Architect that I am. I also have a guilty habit: I do Ironman triathlons (12 completed so far and counting).

I am based in Cantley, Quebec, Canada. (J’apprends le francais, mais c’est difficile donc je pratique tous les jours!)

My work focuses on helping non-profit organisations embrace technology in their day to day operations.

I believe that it’s very important to have people with in depth knowledge in specific areas of technology but equally important to have people who can take a step back and look at the bigger picture. Without this we risk building great technical solutions that do not solve the operational problems they were supposed to solve or that costs too much or take too long.

More information about the projects I have worked on can be found here.
